def: she brought over some kind of fancy popcorn to share. I forget what was special about thid particular kind of popcorn, and to be fair, I didn't have any of it either since the kids and my wife got to it first, and realistically I am not that huge of a fan of popcorn on its own, particularly unflavored, unsalted popcorn of the variety my neighbor brought over, though I am partial to the taste of hot, salted butter, which explains why I still enjoy this treat under special circumstances, to include caramel corn, I suppose, but really only on a chilly autumnal day at a festival or pumpkin farm or some such thing, not really a snack I would seek out by my lonesome.
